If this sounds familiar

You’ve been told this is just part of being a woman.

Maybe you laugh a little less freely because you might leak. Maybe sex has hurt for so long you’ve stopped bringing it up. Maybe you’re six months postpartum and still don’t feel like yourself, or you’ve spent years managing constipation and bloating that no one has really explained.

These symptoms are common. They are also treatable. You deserve a clinician who takes the time to understand your whole story, and a plan that fits your real life.

Why Haven

Care that feels different from the first minute.

  • A full hour with me, every visit. No aides, no double-booking, no rushing.
  • You’re in charge of your care. Nothing happens without your consent, and an internal exam is never required.
  • Whole-body, not just the pelvic floor. Ten-plus years of orthopedic experience means I look at your hips, back, breathing, and gut too.
  • Real plans for real life. Home programs built around naps, carpools, and work schedules.
  • In person or from your living room. Same quality of care, wherever you are.
